A lawyer
There are two or more founders and no shareholder agreement. A shareholder agreement sets out who decides what, what happens if a founder leaves, and how shares can be sold. It needs a lawyer.

The first year
Say Example Ventures Inc. is incorporated in Ontario today, October 11, 2026. These are the dates its first year brings, each with its source. On the founder plan the software prepares the resolutions, says what to file, and emails a reminder 30 days before each date.
