I act for people in criminal, employment, landlord and tenant, corporate, small claims and other matters. I quote the fee before you commit, and you follow your matter in your own portal.

Quoted before you commit, plus HST and disbursements. Advice starts when you retain me, and I tell you in writing what I will do and what it costs.

The employment fee, on your own amount.
The same figures you would sign against: the flat amount at the outset, 20% of what is recovered, HST on both, and what you keep.
You have agreed to pay us a flat amount of $499 at the outset of your case, plus a contingency fee of 20% if you receive a settlement or award. HST will be charged on our fees.

CAD 499 at the outset, and 20% of what is recovered. HST at 13% on both. Disbursements are separate.

A call is 15 minutes and free. A consultation goes through your matter. You pick the time.

I check every name against my records. If I can’t act for you, I tell you and point you to the Law Society Referral Service.
