Which company?

As the minute book has it today: the name, date of incorporation, directors, officers and shareholders. Once entered, the other founder tools open with it.

Where the corporation is incorporated

Exactly as on the certificate of incorporation.

The date on the certificate of incorporation.

Month and day the financial year ends, for example 12-31 for December 31.

Registered office

Number and street, with the unit or suite if there is one. A post office box alone is not accepted.
